yes i was aware of these laws. so since the more current one requires approval and should supersede the old one she needs to get approval first. dictators and tyrants do otherwise. why did she bother to get approval the first time if she didnt need it?????

Media is a business, businesses exist to make money. Sensationalism and ratings equal money. Its that simple. Media is not some kind of altruistic watchdog, media is a for profit.enterprise.

Plus they are highly motivated by their political leaning.
