I did some motor work and put painters tape on the nameplates to keep from scratching. Pulled the tape off and some of the paint or stickers on the plates stayed with the tape so now the plates look terrible. Anyone have an alternative to buying two of these at $250 each? Wondering if it is paint or sticker and if they can be touched up. Thanks
