The heat exchanger on the 525-700 start to become inadequate at around 800 horsepower. You have to really hang it out for awhile to see the issue though!

Closer to 1000HP where the closed loop cooling can’t keep up.

Details on the 3.5 John? Is this an upgrade from the Whipple level 3 only or can you take a stock PCM and program it to your 3.5 level? Does the PCM have to be “cracked” already?

I can do both stock and already calibrated by whomever. First and foremost all testing plus internal inspection is done beforehand to make sure the platform (ecm / pcm ) is good - and stable working condition and no internal corrosion nor any damage to the board. They all get opened up for that end. Basically my point for doing so --- to make sure all of it is good and solid instead of loading a tune and taking your money calling it good. I do not want to load and calibrating chicken soup when I have chicken chit as the base stock to begin with for a jist. Can not tell you how many times I see this especially with recaled MEFI s and the 555 s after the fact that the freakin ECM is not in good working condition internally and 100 percent corrosion free

What are the power numbers with the 3.5?
