I used USAA on mine a few months ago.
Rate was at 5.25. I'm guessing I could have found SLIGHTLY cheaper, but they are our main bank so it was too easy to bother with and some of the folks I did call had a problem with it being a 2000.
The only negative I will say is that they do not understand documented boats. That was a ****SHOW.....
