Default Donzi 38 rx or Baja 38 Special?

Hello everyone, if you had a choice, which model would you take?

2001 Donzi 38 ZX.
2x470 330 hours big maintenance 2 years ago.
The deep V, twin step Hull and HP500EFI engines mean up to 70knots is attainable in favourable sea conditions. Recently anti fouled and a complete steering system overhaul last year mean she is ready to go for the upcoming season.. A very high specification includes, 5KvA Kohler generator, Air Conditioning, hot and cold water, microwave, single ring ceramic hob, DC fridge, Vacu flush head and shower, TV/DVD and sound system, Hummingbird colour GPS chartplotter. The engines are fitted with superflush (http://www.superflushsales.com/sf-500hpa.html) fresh water flush system. A full and cockpit cover are included, and the vessel is also CE approved for use in the EU.

Or

Baja 38 Special
2x425
1999 with motors and stern drives new 10 hours ago
Same equipment without fresh water flush system, without air conditionned.

might depends on what you are looking for... is'nt the baja 38 cockpit much more bigger than the 38 more like race style cockpit? If you are looking to beach and enjoy eating in the cockpit a lot, some baja have the U bench seat with table right?
for quality i would say Donzi also... for cockpit size i would say baja... unless my memory is wrong!

anyone can confirm my thoughts?

Donzi. Keep in mind resale as much as that might not be a thought right now. Also in my opinion a better boat.

Donzi and it isn't even close.

The only "benefit" I give the Baja is the cockpit size but that isn't enough to over come everything else

Donzi for sure hands down!!

You’ll probably spend a little more on the Donzi but it’ll be worth more in the end.

General question? Donzi all day. Those two specific boats? Donzi has fresh antifoul so it's been wet stored and obviously continues be wet stored. Need to survey for condition of sterndrives, water intrusion (rot), osmosis etc.

Donzi is probably still the preference but it may cost you plenty to get it looking really nice.
