Man...

Interesting

At first I thought it would throw it off CG but apparently 300R's weigh 560 each (1120 for 2) )and one 600SCI with a bravo weighs 1267 plus Bravo and transom assy 200 (1467 for the whole package) 347 pound weight savings with 2 300R versus a 600Sci setup.

Yes but I am sure they had to adjust for that being farther back and high. But I like the twin 300's, talk about a under stressed motor. 300HP out of 4.6L is nothing, should last a lot of hours, plus only needs 87 octane.

Now how to do switchable exhaust! LOL

Looks very very nice. Expected the I/O to look better, but this setup is a killer :)

That does look good!

Low to mid 90’s seems a little bit slow to me... This hull is said to be super efficient. I followed all the posts and results on the Lavey Craft 2750 NuEra open bow with twin 300xs’s and it is running low to mid 90’s and it’s an open bow and fully loaded pleasure use boat! Plus the 300R’s are supposed to be at least 5mph faster and the SV29 is a lot lighter and better aerodynamics.

Time will tell I guess.

being conservative with those numbers I’m sure considering this is the first outboard version of this boat they’ve built . But yes time will tell .....

That is very true and I do agree. For argument stand point, that Lavey Craft 2750 was also their first outboard version.

Curious what props they’ll be running or what Lavey craft is running. Asking for a friend.
