My comment has nothing to do with aesthetics, Driver's vision will be better on the bottom one. The front upright supports on the top one will impact vision of nearby boat traffic. If asked of one complaint of my NT, that is it.

You are correct, I got an arch on my 32' Renegade and I'm very happy with it, the visibility is great.

For better visibility and more cockpit room, the bottom one is best.
For fishability the traditional T-Top.

Aesthetics and opinions are to individual taste, I like the bottom.
