Default 177 snout pulley - trick to pull it?

Merc 525SC blower - I need to pull the snout upper pulley and dot want to break anything by forcing things. Can't seem to find info anywhere on-line.

Is the center bolt a "left loosey"?
I assume it has locktite on it ... but didnt try too hard until I asked you guys.
I have a good puller - will I need it?

Thanks!

When I pulled mine, it slid off pretty easy. The bolt was standard thread with locktite, strap grip to hold the pulley and small impact gun is what I used.
Mine are the 177's
A little locktite and torque to 30ftlbs for re-assembly
