Unhappy Water in engine oil

I just boat a Baja 2002 25 Outlaw with a 496 Mag HO closed cooling system with lightning headers , when I changed the oil I noticed it was milky guessing its water in there. I checked the spark plugs and they looked OK should I still take the headers off and do a pressure check even though the spark plugs looked OK or start looking somewhere else? Thanks

Default Water in engine oil.

Quinlan I was told on a 496 closed cooling system it could not be the oil cooler since theirs more oil pressure than water pressure.
