I have been on and ran next to multiple Sabers and they run above average to say the least. Really great boats that are well built. I also have at least 2 close friends that have had other brands of boats fixed or upgraded by Saber, top knotch work you wont find better!

to value it compare it to other boats of similar size and power. 115k seems fair to me.

Awesome boat and solid. I Owned original blood red original many years ago. I use to frequent the factory when in comstock park often and was amazed at the workmanship and pride that went into them. Doug and his brother great.

A little faster bottom than my compatible 28 challenger super v28 however are a few little comprises in rough water re entry. Sabers still in business.

Funny I was just looking at the 2105 FS. I would love a ride in the 34'. I was around the shop while the first was being rigged. It's gotta be a playa big time on lake MI.

Going to have much more time here soon for the Great Lakes. Been a long time coming.

Awash, others have given you lots of great information. One thing I see right off the bat is you are spelling it wrong. It is Saber Marine not Sabre. That makes a difference when you are looking for the mfg and getting "book values" There is a Sabre Yacht mfg that builds boats in Maine, it is a totally separate company. Saber Marine / Saber Boats is a small custom boat builder in Michigan.

FYI, I love my 28 Saber!! Next time I'm down at the lake you are welcome to look it over and I'll take you for a ride. (Keep in mind, mine is a old race boat, so it is more of "Old Hot Rod" than a family cruiser)

I've owned both - a lot is different, there is a thread about it. In short, the Apache's strength is it's weakness and the same goes for the Saber. The Apache is a much heavier boat and wider. The Saber is much narrower and lighter.
