Not out of business. Drove by last week and they had 2 in the building and 3 more new ones outside stacked for delivery.

They build a great trailer. They are a small family run business and they run it lean. Keep trying and someone will respond. I actually visited their shop to establish contact and the rest was by phone. If that’s an option I would recommend going to meet Matt.

You're literally 15 min from their shop...drive up there.

My buddy wanted to get a new trailer but I thought he said they were closed because of Covid? If not I'll tell him to keep trying.

Definitely not closed. Shop was wide open and they were working

Go on their Facebook page and message them. :)

I had been trying to get the complete VIN from my trailer for MONTHS (didnt come with a title and vin was illegible on the trailer.)

I did call, and get through to someone at times as well as emails, but they never got back to me on my VIN issue. I messaged on their Facebook page and had my vin in 15 minutes :)

Funny thing is, NOW I need a law enforcement inspection to get a bonded title but they arent doing inspections because of Covid ... lol

my shops in zeeland, so its 30 minutes away and we are super busy. just answering the phone seems like business 101. not returning two phone messages is even worse.

and i dont have a facebook account.
