Default Asking for help, shipping

Calling all boats! calling all boats!

Another member bought a pair of seats from me, i boxed them up and arrived at ups this morning to send them along.

Both boxes are 24 x 24 x 34 high and weigh 36 pounds each.

ups wants 537 united states dollars to ship them from 32905 to 73065

i was told that with out a corporate/ business account that would be the cost.

I am asking for help, if any member who may have a shipping account with ups or fed ex is willing to help, myself and the other member would greatly appreciate it.

I will forward payment to anyone who can help in advance as im guessing that shipping labels would have to printed and mailed to me so the boxes could just be dropped off.

thank you

Check with Fastenal or Greyhound. They both offer decent bulky shipping options for the consumer.

Wow fast, thank you guys for taking time out and helping I really appreciate your effort.

packages from 32905 palm bay fl to newcastle ok 73065 for those who asked.

and the pm, i will call you in a bit, thank you

so right after this thread was started the buyer was on the phone with ups customer service, he emailed me completed shipping forms which i put on a thumb drive took them to staples got printed and proceeded to ocoee fl ups freight.

upon my arrival the nice lady told me that without a freight qoute and qoute number the cost could be as high as 1500 2000 bucks.

wait heres the bill of laiding the shipping cost is 136 bucks !

heres the other form with dimensions and weight ! What gives ? Wheres the camera ? I am on jackass ?

no she says that cost is for collecting cod, the driver will want 2 checks, 1 for this much and 1 for how much you are owed for whats in the box !

huh? Ive been paid, the amount on the paperwork is the shipping cost for you to deliver the boxes, he got all this from customer service.

so she talked real slow and splained it to me that without an account a frieght qoute and number they will charge you whatever they want and im tired of customers coming in and yelling at me, angry, screaming about bills in the amounts i mentioned earlier.

far as i can tell it is obviously being done intentionally, i refuse to believe that customer service at ups doesnt know the freight qoute and # are needed.

I also learned that ups freight picks up at ups package and private owned ups stores, but when i was at both today they played like the streets had to be closed, 100 year old mighty oak trees had to get chopped down, power lines disconnected, state troopers have to direct traffic all thru a preplanned route without bridges in order for that to happen, nope gotta go to freight located in orlando.

but my phone wasnt charged all the way and there was this gizmo the chick i was dating left in the center console of my truck,

it is the only thing that has ever successfully charged a phone plugged into the cigarette lighter since cell phones came out.

Win box checked

Again thanks guys for taking the time and helping out

I got on uship and shipped a complete boat engine from utah to Michigan for under $300.00. You may need a loading dock. I had it shipped to my work.
