Yes it stays at 41 pds.

UPDATE I just checked one of the spark plugs and it sparked one time and then quit. I have not been able to get it to spark again.

Really need the motor scanned for codes

With no spark, either the ECM is not passing info or the coil driver or most likely its a bad connection. Here is the trouble shooting guide
