Thank you! Yeah we aren't far apart, I will have it out on the water next year. We will have to get together, what are you navigating?

The actual story of the boat is crazy. I will post the whole story here one of these days. He bought it wrecked after his friend and wife passed away on the boat after quartering waves in the lake. The motor was thrown out of the boat. I have some pictures of the whole build "minus the holes" in the side of the boat. Thank you very much! I am beyond excited to drop it in the water and have my old man haul the boat with the truck that he never had the chance to do. That is worth more than what I paid for the boat itself 😊

Very cool.
Your lucky to have such a Dad.
I love mine, but he wouldn’t walk across the street to look at a boat.
If it were John Deere green, maybe.
Thanks for sharing!

Thank you guys! It's awesome to have the boat back in the family after this long. We went and picked the boat up from being wrapped with the matching ford truck. This was the first time they were hooked together and I let my old man make his maiden voyage down the road after 20 some odd years later. It was a good feeling. Change of plans for the motor. I was building a big block for it but I am gonna pull the .30 over 454 out of my 72 cutlass and put it in the dynamic. I'm building a 496 stroker for the car now lol. I just dropped both merc 2 transmissions off to get rebuilt by the best boat mechanic in Erie Pennsylvania. Everything is ready. Just need to get the trannys back, put it together, drop it in and I'll be in the water next year. Smooth sailing so far. It's a shame I couldn't get a picture before it was wrapped but if you look at the beginning pictures I posted you get the idea of how badass of a rig this is.

Very cool story!!! The boat is like a time capsule. Unbelievable that it is still in the same condition.

Does it have an HIN ?? If it does you can look up the first 3 digits and get a little info about the company https://uscgboating.org/content/manu...tification.php
Maybe one of these??
