I second drive temp. Its nice to know your drive was NOT hot before you imploded your XR.

As long as its someone else's money, I'm thinking a wide angle thermal camera in the bilge would be really cool. Would need a dedicated monitor or maybe use an external video input to your GPS/autopilot/radar/etc display. Yeah, I'm bored....

oil, trans, drive temp before and after coolers
water in strainer temp, dry exhaust ? then water temp at the thru hulls
fuel flow, rudder indicators.
