There’s a bunch of us on OSO around the New England area that I’m sure could check it out and honestly give you a better idea than most surveyors. Good group of guys that run high performance stuff out of the Fall River area which is really close.

having some one go look at a boat and a actual surveyor are two different things.

I know that, but if he is doing it to get an idea of condition and not doing it for insurance/bank purposes, a mechanic or somebody who works on their own boat is usually a better option than a surveyor.
