Who used the apache mold?
 

Just curious to better understand...

ok we all know apache, but then, i sometimes read, or understand, that chief is also based on the apache molds, and Saber, and the 41 pantera, ad... who else?

Didn't Checkmate also derive their 41' from that?

I thought it was off the 38' scarab

I remember an old thread on here that had all that information, I'll try and dig it up as it was a great read.

No, it’s an Apache derivative.

Ah!...i got confused with the 43 eliminator coming form the scarab... :)

The 43 checkmate and 43 chief are the same.

I always wished Bayliner would have made a 41 using the Apache molds. Imagine the best, fastest boat built from the Best v bottom mold!

it probably would weigh a LOT less than the original Apache.... US1 on a Bayliner

Your right, those were from the Thad molds..

Checkmate leased the 42 Chief mold to build it
