To All The Members of OSO
My name is Steve Koss
I have been a boat builder/ designer for the greater part of my life. It is my lifes work and through all of it, I have travelled and met some very interesting people and have been involved in many projects that have tested my abilities and strengths.
I wouldnt trade a minute of any of it. I have always loved what I do.
I want to share some of my experiences with you, especially with the younger members who havent had the opportunity to see some of the developments inside boat construction as it has evolved over the years.
This is story number 1. I have many more that include builders and friends that I have made along the way both here and around the world.
I hope you enjoy, and ask me any technical questions that come to mind.

Regarding the 41 molds; they were all there that was left after the legal dust settled from the lawsuits.

Forgive me it takes a while to dig through these files. More CNC at the end of machining, now Spray filler Duratec.

Even with the CNC there is a lot of cleanup on the plug, like the undercutting along the ridges on the deck.
