Thanks. Yes, we established two records. #1 Fastest crossing of the USA with a diesel powered 4 door sedan and #2 Largest fine ever put on speeders in Mansfield, Ohio. We had to go back to Mansfield and go to night court.

Photo here shows the car we used and my two co-drivers. Also in the photo is Sandy Satullo, (With the goatee) another offshore champion, who raced the famous Copper Kettle. The lady is my wife.

Heavy Duty Chevy..........Thanks, Michael Aronow and I are partners in a couple of businesses. One of those is producing a 32 inch copy of the model,

that Don had on his desk on NE 188th St. Here is a model of my race boat, Top Banana and the semi truck and trailer that was used to haul it around the country.

Give me an idea of what you are looking for and what sizes? Would you like them framed or sent no frame?

We can do them small to very big.

The book I wrote..... Blue Water Warriors......"The Golden Era of Offshore Racing 1970 to 1980".....

and the photos I used, are all still available, some have never been seen by the public before.

I checked the HORBA website to see if I could get a copy of the book, but it's not available. Looks like the site isn't updated. I would be looking for unframed 11x14 offshore photos. I have shot hundreds of photos of more current races that I would make larger. I wish I had action shots of some of the stuff I've done to put on the walls just to prove I'm not lying.

We did a special run and when they sold out, we tried to find a new publisher, as we proved there is a market for this kind of publication.

Plans are proceeding to republish with additional photos and stories.

Also in the works is ......The Innovators....The beginning of offshore the 50's and 60's

And...... When the Cats Took Over.....Offshore Powerboat Racing in the 1980's

We break down the archives of photos by year.

50's and 60's and then 1970 to 1980 and then the 1980s with mainly Cats. and next the 1990's

We have the total library of over 100,000 photos and negatives from John Crouse, Ron Thibedeau and even Sal Mageuri the top photographer from the 1960's who was killed at a Key West race when his light plane caught a wave top.
