Boat storage building fire

There will be people thrilled their boat was in that building! Get a check and no more boat storage costs.............

Then the mess begins.......... I knew a guy that had a boat crushed when a dry stack collapsed in a hurricane. The insurance companies will want to "value" the boat and due to the damage they have no idea if you have a mint 20 yr old boat or a trashed 20 year old boat that needs everything. Hurricane will be an "act of god" that they likely can't sue the marina for but I'd bet for fire, the marina insurance will get sued by the insurance companies for some of the damages due to "old wiring, lack of fire control devices" or whatever they can call on as the cause of the fire.
