Devil, she doesn't ever complain when I buy my toys, and I do have the toys. Motorcycles, two boats, antique tractors,etc...
The deal is if she gets something special it means I am closer to getting my new Cat.
Besides If shes happy, I'm happy and I sometimes get lucky.

Rolex, good watch. I've had one for around 15 years. They don't keep "real" good time. But, they are bullet proof.

Have you noticed from the posts that almost everyone doesn't pay list price on a Rolex. There is always a deal on a good one.
Be at the right place at the right time with cash/check in hand.
Good luck

Puder, you da man! I love them PP's!
F38, I'm with ya man. Married 12 years, I live by the adage,
"What Baby wants, Baby gets!"
If she goes to the trouble to point the object of her desire out to me, she owns it!
And she NEVER tells me no! For anything...

I just got a call from my Rolex dealer, and the news is just like my engine builder!
It seems my 10 year old Rolex has "tossed a rod"!
I took it in because it kept stopping after only a couple of hours.
It turns out that a screw inside the case backed itself out and fu#%!*
up the winding weight and a few other things.
This is the last thing I needed after popping my motor five months ago (Bruce Dudley F/U)
Well now I get to spend 20% of what I paid for it...to fix it.
Sounds just like a boat doesn't it?
So the moral of my story is, if you buy one or own one, you better take it in every five years or so to a Certified Dealer, and have them go over it to make sure everything is 100%.
I still love the watch, but to say it's "bulletproof" is BS.
