Default Looking For Help In Miami

I was hoping to trailer my boat from Cape Coral to Miami this week and I have been looking for a marina to keep the boat and trailer at from Jan. 6-10, my daughter is sailing in Coconut Grove and I wanted to try the east coast.

I have tried Dinner Key, Prime at Monty's, Crandon Park, all are full. Haulover said you have to have an account with them, they don't have transient docking. I'm waiting to hear back from Grove Harbor and Rickenbacker, my problem is a home for the trailer also. I think part of the problem is Dinner Key is under construction and people had to move to other locations and during Covid everyone got a boat.

I fly in from MA and rent a truck to haul the boat, so to get over to Miami, I'm looking for a location that can do everything.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

You can see if Pat Sullivan @ PMT can help you up in Pompano. https://outdrives.com/ He is not on the water, but he has a very secure parking; fenced, cameras, and giant Rottweilers.
Same with Jason @ BrandX. https://www.bxpmarine.com/
Same with Randy @ FBMarine: https://www.fbmarinegroup.com/ Randy does have a place on the water.

There is also:

But their ramp isn't the best, last time I was there.

Did you check the places in Coconut Grove as well?

I've been practicing grabbing my ankles all morning, the prices for docks on the websites are three to four times higher than the west coast.

What you can do is go to Matheson And Hammocks park/marina. Once you drop the boat at the ramp, park the truck/trailer in one of the spots. You'll just have to pay $17 everyday on the "pay by phone" app. So once your time expires on the app make sure to rebuy the parking ticket on the app, each day. This is what I do when I go to Bimini. I drop my boat and leave my truck and trailer there for 4-5 days. But don't forget to pay on the app each day.
