What model is this? I never seen wind screens like that on a Cig?

I'm no Cigarette expert, but I've never seen those 42 Revolution "arcade style" dashes on any Rough Rider.
In researching after reading your reply TIL Cig made a 46 Concept, and according to the picture in the article it has the same dashes.
