Yes, I've been through this a handful of times. The request for registration was a curve ball. Deleware sent me a copy of the registration, but that didn't satisfy USCG. I called Delaware and they said they would send a registration "card". So hopefully that works for the USCG. I've never seen an actual Delaware registration, so i didn't know what they needed.

Hope it works and should being Delaware is a non-title state for boats
