It's good that he has come forward. I also agree that we should not jump to conclusions as to him being guilty.

I will end the speculation - the guy confessed to road rage. He said that he "felt a bump, and didn't look back."

This is a clear and simple case of manslaughter. Justice will be served - in one form or another.

Road Rage!?!?! What a waste of a good man over someone's bad temper. An accident would have been easier to take than this jerk gets in a twist over relatively nothing. Send him down here to Texas. We take care of people like this the right way.

I say set the guy free. Just be sure to let us all know when and where he will be let out of jail. Plain and simple, what he did is wrong.
