The turbine is less than 400lbs not the boat
as far as I remember it goes 75mph
using a jet drive

seems a bit dumb, why not run a surface drive and pick up some speed?

1300 hp and thats all it run??? hell they could have gotten more speed if they ran a blown big block like teh rest of thos elil jet boats. Perhaps its the hull that is limiting them. I believe they made it themselves out of aluminum.

I e-mailed the guy a while back. Asked him how fast he had gotten it to. He replied, around 90mph. My guess is that handling problems are holding it back...Jet or not, 1300hp is worth more that 90mph in a dinky aluminum boat. That flyby shows how well that boat lifts out...
