srobak-
I was wondering how long it would take for someone to mention my dream boat.

If you're dreaming, you might as well go big.

They were asking $3.95M.

Go to www.gentryeagle.com for the skinny.

Rivergirl!?

I would just settle for a pre step 47 Fountain with trip 1150SC's and dry #6's.

I would simply want a 36 Skater with mild mannered Sterlings and #6's. Reason being I want turn key reliability and an easily railered package. However, since Rivergirl is gettin' the BIG BOAT I would offer to be her personal SLAVE, ensuring all systems are always operating properly!

I am going to have to say this 40' Skater, "SORCERER"

This supernatural rig is purely awesome. Those that have seen it know what I mean.

Whew..where do I start. This boat has thousands of man hours of work put into it. It has hundreds of custom made billet aluminum piceces made by the owner himself. Custom rigging, exhaust, cooling system, the list goes on and on.

The engines idle between almost zero rpm and 2000rpm, like someone just keeps reving them up and down. But Rod told me personally that is how it has to be for the custom clutch(wow, a clutch) and trans. He said he can make it idle one rpm like any other boat but as soon as he engages into gear it would stall.

Of course an intercom for everyone.

As if they didnt have enough custom items, the boat has see through lexon on top of the valve covers to see moving parts with Sorcerer engraved in the lexon. Also(and i really wish i had a picture of this) between the engines sat two stringers with an empty space between them, they put a entire computer system in there that included an on board dyno and of course a clear piece of lexon(w/ sorcerer engraved) on the top to see it all.

He told me last April he had put over 1500miles on the 2001 Skater.

Each motor is just a hair under 2000hp. Yeah, one motor(piston remember) 2000hp. The motors are going to ASD8s(w/ rocker plates). And he also said he is shooting for 200mph, he said he's not super close but pretty close, so I figure upper 180s.

Along with the countless amount of custom parts the other big reason this is my dream boat is because they are this fast with only two engines that are PISTON powered. To me thats like winning a body building contest with out using steriods.
