Hi per the title I'm looking for some pics of 2005 - 2007 (preferably a 2006) Mercruiser 496 Mag or HO top of engine pics without the black plastic shroud/cover on the engine. I mainly want to see some pics of the wiring harnesses going across the top of the engine especially the larger main harness(s). I would also like to know what noises/sounds (beeps) that your engine makes when you put the key in the On position and go to start it up?

I'm asking for this info because when I go to start my 2006 496 mag HO I can hear some fuel pump noise but I don't get any type of beeps from the engine just from my Depth finder. I bought my boat used a few years ago and it starts fine but I don't recall ever hearing any beeping from the engine! so I'm wondering if someone disabled the alarm/speaker circuit for some reason or if there's a blown fuse someplace.
