I have a Bravo 28p there since late march. Talked to them about a month ago. Busier than ever before! I've never had trouble getting ahold of their secretary first call.

Still though...one would expect that it takes all of 5 seconds to reply to a potential customer...It's just not a good business practice to ignore people. Drives me nuts, makes me go elsewhere instantly.

While no response isn’t great, taking in your props knowing they can’t get to them anytime soon is worse. It’s a tough world right now

Like most real good businesses, they have more business than they can handle right now and can't find qualified help. Spring is always their busiest time.
