Just my casual observation, bottom RH pic, bow is not pointed sky ward YET, as high as the other 2 pics, so it SEEMS like the marine patrol, (or seatow, etc) got it back to the dock, and it sank there.... I would have put on the shore,( if it was my boat), if there was a known water intrusion issue. It was a pretty boat....

A boat, on our lake, is pictured as sinking by a tweet from the controlling authorities of the lake. The tweet states "no one was injured". I can not tell from the tweet if this was an accident or a simple sinking. I was inquiring of others, who frequent this site and our lake, if they might have further information regarding this event. Pompous is your response. I hope I have now overstated the question to your satisfaction.
