Keys boating hotels/resorts

Where is a good place to stay middle keys that has a marina or docks to park center console within walking distance during winter season?

Were is a good place for dry storage for 3-6 months in the keys or far south Miami

I stayed at the Caloosa Cove Marina and Resort in Lower Matecumbe Key in February and it was very nice, storage, fuel, store, hotel.
