Sporty should mean that you personally enjoyed running your particular boat in the waves or boat slop that day. Whatever size they were made it fun and exciting for you. Not to actually measure the wave height or how rough it is on a general scale. More of a way to describe how much fun running in that type of water was for you versus calm water. Just like a sports car is fun, sporty water should be fun!
