My company has a 54,000 square foot warehouse and office space for sale in Jacksonville, Florida. The facility is presently vacant and readily available. The features of this site are 40,000 sq ft of open area, four 22' high drive in dock doors, and a 7 1/2 ton and 10 ton overhead moving crane. With the open space, high doors, and moving cranes this facility would handle any boat project or storage requirements. The sale price on the building is $2,400,000 but believe it will take some time to sell. In the interim I was seeing if there was any interest to rent any of the space. Either long term or by the month. I do not have rental rates at this time, but if there is significant interest I will submit to corporate for more information. Just trying to see if there is a need for storage or work area.
