2021 Legends Powerboat Poker Run 8/21. Long Island, NY
Posting on behalf of Billy Frenz and the NPBA, here is this year's event!
The National Powerboat Association Is honoring a Special Group of Men that have stood out as WINNERS in the Gateway Powerboat Regattas and the NPBA’s Events over the past 44 years. Many have gone on to race nationally and many have become leaders in the marine industry.
These LEGENDS of the NPBA will be recognized and celebrated on Saturday, August 21st, 4 PM at LaMotta’s Restaurant and Manhasset Bay Marina, Port Washington, New York.

To Salute the LEGENDS nautically, at 12 noon, we will run 65 miles around New York City in poker run fashion, drawing 5 cards at the finish and award $5,000.00 CASH to the Best Poker Hand. We will also award Trophies to the “Best Dress Crew”, “Best Looking Boat”, “Furthest Travelled”, “King Stereo Award”, “Tough Luck Award”, and finally the very prestigious “SPIRIT OF THE NPBA” Trophy.
Please enter in advance and do not wait until the day of the event.
This 2 Part Event‘s Lead Sponsor is Tommy Caruso’s “Fountain by Total Marine”, located in Norwalk , CT. Tommy is an early racing champion of the NPBA and a Professional in the Marine Industry.
…this will be a day to reminisce and celebrate our bond of SPEEDBOATING !!!
