What RPM's and speed did it run before the changes? You might not have gained much with the new components.

I talked with Nick at Mercury Racing today. Got it all figured out. Thanks everyone for the help/suggestions

Im sorry!!! I was told that a 24 pitch rev4 XP was my solution. Expect a 5mph gain i was told. Cant find one lightly used. Guess going to order through a dealer unless anyone can steer me to a different source.
