Are the Key west races still on? I know they cancelled Fantasy fest.

Not true.
They cancelled the Fantasy Fest PARADE only.

"Key West’s Fantasy Fest Parade Canceled; Other Festival Events Set to Continue Oct. 22-31"

I've been to fantasy fest. if they think covid is the biggest viral threat then they haven't paid much attention to the people in attendance.
