Boat over car, Trailer?

Boat over car, Trailer?
Has anyone ever seen those hydraulic trailers that carry a small 12-18 ft boat over top of a car or truck on the bottom deck?
Does anyone have any info on them, maybe a web adress of a company that builds them??
