Yeah, as much as I loathe and despise police in general...props to this gal, for sure. One of the FEW that actually commit to "Protect and Serve".

No question about it , a split second decision as dangerous as it was to save the lives of others she didn't even know risking her own .
What I'd love to see is maybe a few philanthropically minded insurance companies coming forward and treating her and her immediate family to a very , very nice vacation somewhere. |

Am I assuming correctly that this chase had been going on for several miles ? looks to me that the highway had been shut down to other traffic and that allowed the Topper heading the wrong way to intercept the drunk driver
