That’s pretty incredible. Instinctive behavior is quick. Wtf the drunk driver undoubtedly was on a kill path and should be hung. So glad she took one for all.

That could’ve went really bad!

Yeah our FL.Troopers are pretty incredible, even when they pull me over for speeding in the Viper! LOL

Yeah, as much as I loathe and despise police in general...props to this gal, for sure. One of the FEW that actually commit to "Protect and Serve".

No question about it , a split second decision as dangerous as it was to save the lives of others she didn't even know risking her own .
What I'd love to see is maybe a few philanthropically minded insurance companies coming forward and treating her and her immediate family to a very , very nice vacation somewhere.

There are way more than you think. You always hear about the bad ones but rarely much about the good ones.

Am I assuming correctly that this chase had been going on for several miles ? looks to me that the highway had been shut down to other traffic and that allowed the Topper heading the wrong way to intercept the drunk driver
