Today, CA announces…..paying out $4 billion for $.16 per gallon gas off up to $250 total per person.

Put it towards water you fumb ****s and let us make gas so it’s half the cost it is now you dumb mf’rs.

Everytime I go for Phoenix or Las Vegas i wounder who live in a place like this and why do they water the plants and huge golf courses outside?

Yes, St Clair is down from the last few years, but it's still a lot above average.

Lake St. Clair is +14 inches above average for the month of June. Everyone thinks its low because it's been so high the last 3 years.
