A boat with a generator and AC.

Pregnant wife - comfortable place to pee. If you don't have that on the boat then make sure it's a short trip to a swimming hole or place with a bathroom. Common sense really.

Infants - a little too floppy for the boat at anything other than idle until about 2-3 months old. If bottle fed the small pre-mixed ready-to-use formulas are a no-brainer. Probably max speed around 35mph. SearocK should serve you quite well. Shady, padded spot to change a diaper would be nice. Test fit life jacket as they grow but maybe don't wear at this age unless law requires. Maybe ear muffs if your boat is loud.

For me a baby meant I couldn't spend time wrenching on the boat anymore so I sold it and bought a little 16ft outboard fishing boat and ran that just to have something to get me on the water if I really needed it. Now that kids are out of daycare and can start helping I'm back into a go-fast.

mines started boating as soon as 3 months old, and would wake up and cry when i would turn the engines off !!! so we kept boating or at least idling so they could sleep a little longer... as stated, toilet, shade, and if possible gen and AC would be the ticket to ride, although not mandatory i did not have that... they are now 17-20-22 and still love boating. Actually, they, from time to time, push me to take the boat out when i sometimes would not if it was just for me! they don't want to drive but that is probably more of a girl thing than anything else... :) !!!

I agree with most, shade, go slow and don’t let the baby overheat, if the wife is feeding, don’t forget a towel/coverup

Shade and hydration. My wife was on the boat up until her due date and both kids were on the boat at 9 and 10 days after they were born. Let it rip and don’t overthink it. Get them on early and they will be well adjusted…..
