Inbox full?

Just got an e-mail that my PM box is full but threre is nothing in it. What gives?

This is wierd,there are no messages in my inbox and no sent messages. There is nothing to clear.

IMPORTANT:

Upper left corner is a selector box.........select "from beginning" and not just the last "blah blah" days.
