Im still locked out of my enzo thecat (paid) account which is totally frustrating. Glad to hear you may be making some headway on the problems with the site. Really appreciate your help. Did you just volunteer to help run the site or are you affiliated with OSO some way? I see you are a Charter member but I dont know what that is.

All the Mods + Speedgirl (who is an Admin) are volunteers. The Admins with IB xxx names work for Internet Brands which owns OSO now.

Back when OSO was just getting started back in 1999/2000, the owner wanted to upgrade the site with newer software and a server. There were no paid memberships then and he was fronting all the $$. He asked for 300 people to donate $30 and then you would become a Charter Member for life and you would get all the perks of of any future paid memberships. We all got a special Charter Member stickers as well.
