For roof 4 years or older it goes down to 25% total to get to full replacement. |
My comment on the metal (or tile for that matter) is that it was the suggestion to tell people they would have to replace a metal or tile roof every 10 years.

I dont know a single carrier in FL that would stand by that. 10 year is for shingle roof only.. Metal/tile is more around 20 year to be dropped/non renewed and still isn't a 100% truth as the underwriting will review a file like that to see if it can stay on the books. |

They use a 3rd party company usually who will drive by as well as use up to date satellite images.. Also did you gave q claim this year or place one for Ian? I ask as that photo looks like it was taken by a field adjuster.those same pictures can be used as well to flag under writing about a risk or concern to the home. |
