I understand what IGetWet means and I've felt the same way many times when I've seen a lot of boats. If someone can afford to buy a toy like a boat, I assume they'll take some pride in it and can afford to take care of it properly. Unfortunately it's not always the case. Fortunately it shows who are really passionate about it and those who aren't.
