Being this wide open….I’m ordering a new OL SL36 with 565s. Pin the throttles all day, 100mph, throw the motors away and get new ones when you wear them out.
That SV29 above….one of the best looking boats made.

You’re in the U.S.?
Chaudron. Pics show egg beaters but they build the 33 with inboard power.

I think Nirta boats out of Sweden is doing some interesting stuff that fits all those requirements. The have a 30' with a deep, even fully enclosed cockpit and 26' deadrise hull. I am told the performance vastly exceeds the spec listed on the website due to silly swedish laws.
There’s one on this lake. (Winni in nh) Thinnest thing i’ve ever seen. Cockpit not deep either. But it was a single OB. Cool looking boat though.

Sorry, typo. Nitra is correct. I cant post links, but they do have a website and Instagram. The make a 30 foot Skytop that's damn near fully enclosed with a removeable roof and actual vision outside the cockpit that looks pretty sweet. You can equip with twin outboards no problem. No affiliation other than just liking what they are up to.
