Best fender covers for painted boats
I see there are different materials that are used, fleece and polyester. Any preference?

Personally, I don't like fender covers as they tend to hold dirt and grit. I wipe my fenders down before deploying.

Fender covers look cool, but they are adding a layer of abrasiveness no matter what the material. Keep your fenders nude!

I like the fleece . Softer than polyester.

Fender covers...remove before use!

I've used these on all of my painted boats. Great products. |
My last boat was wrapped. I used bare fenders on it once...

Fleece and just wash them as needed. Fender covers are a must!

My wife made ours out of neoprene material, elastic draw strings on both ends. Silky smooth, never had an issue with scratches or dirt, tho I've never layed them down on anything other than a seat, and I've always stored them vertically
