I love it man! I'm heading out for a bit of that in a couple of weeks on the Superboat. Is that one of those Amazon Bimini tops? If so.... How is it.?

That's the way to do it! Back in the late 80's, my ex and I used to do that almost every weekend at LOTO. It was really a lot of fun. We had a 230 Chris Craft Scorpion. Was all we needed.

Of course not!

Not on this project.
Everything had to be custom to get what I wanted.

It is actually three new Biminis that I cut apart and put back together to get what I wanted.

I also experimented with rails/slides to move it aft, over the sun lounge for shade.

It worked but the slide looked like hell.

Wanted to lay it down for running too but then you couldn’t open the lounge where I store all our crap for the weekend.

So I installed a second set of mounts for it for when not in use.

In my mind, the project appeared much simpler!

Could not agree more! Someone once said to me "fun doesn't know how much money you spend on it"...
