Love it mid level boat, damn i need to work more overtime, and win the lotto

That elevated helm will do a nice job on the toes of the person nearby when it's lowered.

edit...never mind didnt read the article right....:D

Really good article.
Although, you did miss the opportunity to mention that CRT was owned by a former billionaire 😂 As a side note, you did a story about the acquisition by CRT of vectorworks any follow up in light of dispute between the two parties? |

A $3.1 mil fishing boat-inspired booze cruiser with 3,000 horsepower and runs low-mid 80s. I've never been so disappointed in a former performance boat manufacturer as I am now.

When did Cigarette start subbing out the interiors? They used to do it all in house.

If the 52 is $3.1 then how much is the 59 now? I was thinking it was around $3.1 when it was introduced.

If you ask difficult questions they might not let you back in the cool kids club... Powerboat reporting in a nutshell.
Shoot, I didn't know I was in the cook kids club, though. :) That's really cool, I guess. |
Vectorworks was bought by CRT.

Padraig But Cigarette is a custom builder. So maybe you can order one so equipped for your next angling expedition, Pat. :) |
Can you actually visit the plant these days? I would think a drive by would confirm how busy they actually are. With that many orders I would think the factory would be humming.

I’m no CC guy and wish they would focus on traditional offshore boats. However, a custom builder builds what the customer wants. |

cigarette has been building center consoles since the 90’s. Skip actually saw the market changing in 07 and started building them again. One of the first to do so. Now it’s their bread and butter. You have to follow the demand or die.

I know guys and Mystic would be gone too if they hadn't made the switch along with the others. I understand why but it doesn't mean I gotta like it. I do applaud Skater and Outerlimits for making it without having to change.
