Phil has sold a average of one 42X per year with the 860's!

At least in the last 6 years, where have most of them gone?

A lot of his customers are overseas I believe
and I remember him making a comment that most of his customers don’t do financing
I know when I bought the blue 38 from him it was frustrating how long it took
but when I picked it up it was perfect
the first time I drove that boat was leaving his shop going to key west
he had it dialed

Do you know why this is Tank? The 860s don't perform well in the cats (Pete won't even put a pair in a new Skater), yet Cigarette seems to love them in their big Vs. I'm just curious as to why?

Let’s be honest, a tick over 100mph in a 42’ has to be a bit boring after a few runs. They seem to be the only ones that like the 860s

phil told me they run real well in the 42x. He has a few more in order. Pushes the 42x just over 100. Low maintenance compared to the turbo motors. Don’t know why Pete doesn’t like them. 🤷🏻‍♂️

also, they’re still making the 860, yes.
